Reeve's rise to becoming a film star follows with a near-fatal horse-riding accident in 1995 that left him paralyzed from the neck down. After which he became an activist for spinal cord injury treatments and disability rights.

Shocking my local theater is showing this today so BF and I are going to see this at 4pm.

BF and I couldn't make in Saturday so we were lucky that our theater was playing the movie today on Christopher Reeve's birthday.

This was a good documentary about Christopher Reeve; his life before, during and after Superman. I will say this, this is a tear-jerker, make sure you have tissue or something to catch tears (my BF used my sleeve of my new Superman S t-shirt. Some Korean/Thailand males wear makeup so the shirt is ruined or a work of art). They did cover a good deal of CR film and stage performance and after the accident what it took to come back. If you are a DC Comics movie fan than this is a must see. I normally would have waited for it to pop-up on HBO/Max but it was like meant to be seen on his birthday on a big screen.

The only thing that bothered me was there was no mention of his guest appearance on Smallville. I was hoping for some behind the scenes from that show.
