I have seen all the DC Cartoons listed.

In my collection I have Swamp Thing and Plastic Man with my Super Friends/Super Powers.

I'm kind of interested in revisiting the '79 Plasticman lol. I'll have to check if it's streaming anywhere.

What bothered me with the DVD of Plastic Man was they did not release it with the Plastic Baby shorts. I have them but was disappointed that it wasn't included.

Is it me or did they forget the Filmation JLA, Teen Titans and Hawkman, Flash, Atom and GL cartoon??

I think they were included in the Aquaman 60's cartoon info.

The Aquaman Filmation series apparently had these as episodes rather than as a standalone series. I always wondered why there were so few episodes of these shows but I guess as part of the Aquaman series it makes more sense.

Swamp Thing and Batman the Brave and the Bold need to be higher. Beware the Batman and Swampy can switch out.

When Brave and the Bold started I was not a fan. Not at the very start anyway. The idea that the dumbest character from the Drew Carey Show, and this was quite a statement, was playing the voice for Batman displeased me muchly. By the sixth or seventh episode though I was in. I watched a little bit of Beware but it was never more than ok. CGI cartoons like this and Green Lantern weren’t doing it for me.

This list does not cover web-shows like Gotham Girls or the original DC Super Hero Girls. This doesn’t cover bumpers like the DC Nation animated shorts. In addition, this ranking doesn’t cover the Fleischer Superman shorts, because those were theatrical shorts, not an ongoing cartoon series. If it’s not a full-length television show, it isn’t on here.


Reading comprehension, it's a thing. So is reading the actual article and not just looking at the list and jumping to conclusions.

And the Fleischer shorts ARE A SERIES. Just because you sat in the cinema and waited for these after the newsreel and other cartoons, it is very debatable if one would consider these "films" or a "Cartoon" (Series) And with that being said; I would place them straight to # 1.

Not my article, but since I taught reading and language arts for a long time, lazy reading habits are a pet peeve of mine., which got many a student a failing grade (and probably called a moron by angry parents, this was long before gentle parenting was a thing).

But calling someone a moron for doing something or not doing something that they clearly address in their article, right in the introduction, doesn't reflect well on the person hurling the insult. It's the old cliché, if you are pointing one finger out, three are pointing back at you. The internet outrage machine is bad enough and creating enough toxicity in fandom without people adding to it because they can't be bothered to actually read what they are crapping all over.
