With the cast revealed this might keep the nay-sayers quite for awhile.

If anyone complains about this cast, they need to pull themselves into the now. This is a great cast. Lots of heat on all of these actors, and well-deserved. If the material lives up to the talent, we're golden.

That's possibly the most "Fantastic Four" the cast has ever been. Some of the choices are surprises, but at least we'll have a Reed with some sort of personality.

Casting has never been the issue with any of the previous FF movie attempts (nerd-rage over Michael B. Jordan being cast as Torch aside). The problems have all been in the execution and final product on the screen. So today's cast revelation does not make me any more or less trepidatious over this movie than I was before. It's a good cast, but that guarantees nothing about what the quality of the movie will be.

I think Pedro is a good actor, but a terrible choice for Reed.

As a fellow Latino, I should be elated that Pedro Pascal has been cast as Reed Richards. I mean, I don’t hate the casting per se, but the dude is on everything these days. I’m getting a little bit of Pedro fatigue, lol. I would’ve preferred someone a tad more obscure. Having said that, I’m not disappointed. Dude is a good actor. But hey, I just wanted to rant a bit, lol.

I do love the rest of the casting…especially Johnny Storm. Stranger Things Joseph Quinn was the breakout star on the last season of Stranger Things, he was awesome. He will be an awesome Human Torch. I also love Vanessa Kirby as Sue Richards, she’s a terrific actress. Ben Grimm could’ve been played by anybody to be honest, I’m sure Ebon Moss-Bachrach will be fine as The Thing.

I can’t wait. I have always like the Fantastic Four comics more than The Avengers. FLAME ON!!!
