After that, 60s Spidey, then BTAS and Justice League Unlimited are faves.
Gotta love the SuperFriends intro! That's Saturday morning!

And THAT is a low end number too my friend, so let's not drink from Adam West's Kool-aid for too long. The man is quite wealthy. So YES he owes his fans respect, otherwise he would be living in a government run, low-income housing establishment (where some days his attitude deserves to place him). No one owes him anything. Your as good as what you make of it. He's managed to make a wealthy living off two years work done in the 60's. Your by yourself feeling SORRY for him.
I don't feel "sorry" for him he's famous and I'm not. I just don't get upset he charges fees for his autograph if someone want's it bad enough they pay the money I don't but pleny of poeple do. He has done well for himself in the last 20 years but for a very long time he wasn't (say from 68-84). Every two-bit extra from Star wars star trek and doctor who, does the convention circuit and people pay for those autographs too. As a kid I met Adam at a comic convention (back when there were local ones) he was cordial and I paid NOTHING to have my picture taken with him. The autograph crase in the late 80's corrupted that experience (and i blame stuff like QVC that mass marketed autographs for that). So long as fans keep payuing higher prices and people sell them on auciton sites why shouldn't stars get their piece of the action for thier signature

locally there was a tv icon show and Huggy and a replica zebra 3 were here and people lined up to pay to sit in a replica - seems stupid to me but if it makes them happy who am i to judge I'm sure they think th emoney I spennd on toys is stupid too but it makes me happy

i can tie the spidy theme song with the autograph side of this thred. in the summer, i want to say 1974, I begged my dad to take me to a mall apearance of Spiderman. we waited in the heat for what seemed like forever to walk up on a platform and meet spiderman. next to him was was a table and a guy sitting and signing merch. i got a 45 of the theme to the spidy cartoon and the guy with the mustache signed the sleeve. it wasnt till years later i found out who Stan Lee was. I still have the 45, lost the sleeve long ago.

I would have to go with the Batman theme as #1 too. It's just too damn catchy. Spidey is a very closed 2nd though.

Adam West likely makes good money off Family Guy these days too. He is not hurting for anything at this stage in his career. He actually probably works more now then he did in the 60's. The Shat too. these guys are a permanet part of pop culture but get tons of new work even now.

            Agree or disagree?

            Batman over Spidey
