I just read this issue this morning. I'm not sure what I think of it, yet. I liked Byrne's take on the "aura" keeping his suit intact as opposed to the suit being made from his baby blanket. It made the idea of Supes having more than one costume more believable rather than Clark being swaddled in yards of fabric when he was put into the rocket.It's all good!Comment

Oh, don't get my hopes up! I haven't received this issue yet. I've been wanting this ever since they stupidly got rid of Superboy after Crisis.

I love the baby blanket aspect myself. And I'm kind of split on the Superboy issue. As a kid I bought and read Superboy comics, but preferred to think of Superman having not been a hero as a boy. Made Superman more special. But I kind of miss him...

It is all this sort of stuff that makes me glad. . . .that I never really got into comics. . . . .I am sure it would do my head in.
I have enough trouble coping with inconsistencies in the Trek Universe to cope with too many reboots, and else worlds!
SO.. . . .is there a reasonable, short hand explanation anywhere, about the Supes story and how it has changed over the years?Comment
