If you wait long enough, you should be able to score one cheaper than the $40 or $50 they're asking for.....I waited on the Marvel and DC Vaults and finally got them for like $20.00 each. They're definitely great books though so this should be no exception. I know Batman probably sells better, but I'd love to see a Superman one as well eventually.
I may put this on my Christmas list though....
Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!

That's what I did.
I think it looks pretty good. I have only flipped through it though.
It's on my Christmas list. I loved the Marvel and DC books. Even though the book is packed with lots of fun stuff, there is still plenty of history there. In fact, there's a lot that Les Daniels didn't cover in his various history books.
i love both the Marvel and DC Vault books, I got them on sale remaindered as well. I did the same thing with the box sets from a few years ago that came with a book, figure and reprint first issue for Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
These removable media books are great! Particularly since they are filled with the type of ephemera that was rarely preserved.
I dig the Star Wars Vault and Hanna Barbera on as well.
Can't wait to pick up Batman. I'd love for them to do Spiderman next.
