I just watched the Outsiders one, it wasn't my favourite (hate the interpretation) but the Catwoman/Batman opener was great.

            Looking forward to it.

This is a great show that really does try to appeal to a broad base of fans.

Yeah, I can't say I care for the kid Outsiders either. It's a low point of the show so far, but apparently Tucker and his crew like them enough to keep bringing them back. I had to explain that Katana in Superman/Batman: Public Enemies was the same character as the little girl with sword from B&B. It blew his mind.

With all the nastiness in modern comics, this show is a breath of fresh air to me.

Yeah, I'm hoping it's success will help swing the pendulum back toward the kiddie side (along with many other successes going on in comics today).

There are some great comics out there and I honestly believe that the best of them try to include kids, or at least don't make a point of excluding them.

                Keep it so.

                  So Who Watched it ?

The Mini Cartoon with Hawk & Dove left me at "Meh" at best..., I wasn't really fond of how they Handled the 2 characters in the 3 Minutes of air time they Had...., I liked thier Appearances better on JLU... But it did have me hoping for some figures of them.

The Omac Story was Kinda good... I liked seeing Omac, However the story line was a Bit Lack Luster..., I find it really Hard to Believe that Batman would go & work for Anybody...., I just wasn't buying that Nonsense, & then the people he was working for, seemed to be complete Idiots.

The Next Musical Episode Looks interesting to say the Least.
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

Not the best episode for sure, but enjoyable. Hawk and Dove were okay, although Don was definitely more aggressive than usual. Their JLU episode is about the worst of the series, IMHO.

                            SPOILERS for this week's episode.

"Mayhem of the Music Meister" was everything all the reviews said it would be. Man, what a fun show! Pulled in years of comic lore, several references to the Batman tv show, both in song and in visuals. I really liked the "He Drives Us Bats" and "Death-Trap" song. I laughed out loud when Canary sang something about "taking a dirt nap, DEATH TRAP!"

In that sequence did you notice all the posters on the wall? Every one of them had a DC team plastered on them, as if they were a rock band! I saw Challengers of the Unknown, The Inferior Five, The Metal Men, even The Trenchcoat Brigade (from The Books of Magic).

All the vignettes during the "Drives Us Bats" song were great too. I saw Robin in there again!

What's up for next week? Cartoon Network rarely shows a promo for it afterwards. Dorks.

I'm with chris I throughly enjoyed the music Meister. Neil Patrick harris really pulled the part off well.
