Speedy, JSA and Wonder Twins on Smallville

According to TV Guide Speedy, the JSA and the Wonder Twins will appear on Smallville this season.

Speey will not be Roy Harper but a female (apparently she is female in the comics now). She will be in a red and yellow suit around episode 6.

Hawkman, Spectre, Dr. Fate and the Atom from the JSA will appear too.

The Wonder Twins, who will not have pointed ears, will appear around episode 8 and will use their powers. We will also see a glimpse of Gleek.

Please don't use this thread to trash Smallville. This is just info those of us who still watch.

On a Very Special episode of Smallville? I'm guessing she'll be an HIV positive runaway? Or will they throw back to the drug problem of Roy Harper? Doubt they'll make her a teenage prostitute like in the comics will they?


What a Toyetic season this will be! SDCC Matty Collector Boxset of the Smallville Wondertwins next year?! Or perhaps a JSA boxset?

Interesting that they went with two of the Supernatural members of the JSA. Halloween episode?

Maybe they'll be a bit more like Pulp heroes... in the vein of The Shadow et al. Preferable to seeing Dr Fate portrayed as a John Constantine type character.

sounds cool.....I still enjoy this show although I thought they should have ended 2 years ago.....there were still enough good episodes last year and the year before to make it worthwhile watching
