I would love to see the Perez/Wolfman Titans in animated format. As much as I liked the animated Teen Titans version of The Judas Contract, it would be great to see the story intact with a Perez inspired look to the characters.

Do you guys remember the Justice Guild episode of the Justice Leage animated series? DC apparently vetoed the use of the JSA which is why they went with analogues. Great to see Dwayne McDuffie doing a JLA animated direct to DVD movie. It's ironic that while so many writers from TV and movies are coming to comics for greater freedom, McDuffie is off of the JLA comic book due to all the mucking about in editorial.

If McDuffie does have another shot at DC writing comics, I hope they give him the Teen Titans. Particularly with Static in this new line-up. It would be a huge shame if he isn't given another chance to write for DC, particularly since he has just handed them his entire library of Milestone characters.

The Justice Guild is why I question the use of the JLU designs and continuity in this. Unless they ignore the Guild story (which is possible) some of this story will seem pretty deja-vu for the Leaguers. I'm betting it's straight old school Silver Age JLA/JSA, but I could be wrong.

^^^ I wonder if they will use the New Frontier as the springboard for this.

Looking forward to an animated JLA/JSA movie. Has anyone caught 'The Universe' series on Discovery? An episode on parallel universes talks about 'radical' ideas like a multiverse with infinite universes occupying the same space but in different frequencies in hyper time/space. Who says comics rot the brain.
