Scott, if you just need that classic image, and not the cover info, it is the back cover of Batman in the Sixties. I have it at home and can scan it for you by tomorrow.
I still have my dog-earred pages falling out hardcover copy from childhood. Cover is long gone, but I remember it like it was yesterday. It's one of the classic Batman images to me.
I always wanted that book. I remember seeing the ads for that one, and the Superman, Wonder Woman and Shazam volumes like it.
As for that image, to me, that is the quintessential Batman and Robin image. It was originally seen as a one of a set of posters DC sold through their comics during the Bat-craze of the 60s. This is the same poster series that the classic Infantino/Anderson swinging Batman, Joker, Riddler, and Penguin come from. These are the images Mego either used or redrew for these characters. I had a repro of the Batman and Robin poster that came in a box of Post Fruity Pebbles. It was on my bedroom wall for years.
I have a "puzzle in a can" of this image as well. I can't get enough of it!!!
