Curt Swan and George Perez. The first chapter of "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow" actually showed all the details Swan brought to his pencils. George considered it his mission to show that side of Curt's art no one had ever seen.

Both of these guys looked best "reigned in" by Murphy's detailed brush work.

Romita Jr./Romita Sr. When Junior is inked by Dad, they bring the best of both worlds, and to me, the best Spider-Man ever.
