I remember a lot of Superboy stories using red K, too. There was one where he became obese and tried to avoid Lana all day until it wore off. I never realized until now how many of those stories were him trying not to be Clark Kent and tipping off that he was Superman(boy).

I remember making up a lot of Red K scenarios when playing Superman as a kid. The boy does it too. It was used lamely most of the time, but it's an ingenious idea.
