I can see him more as Kyle.

To me, the perfect Hal would be Nathan Fillon (from Slither and Firefly and all kinds of DC animation). Adam Baldwin for Guy Gardner. Omar Epps for John Stewart.

The worse would be Jack Black.

Oh boy, please don't ruin this for me you 90210 jerk! That said I just want to say I would like either Fillion or an unknown to play Hal. I just think that casting someone to have a name attached to it is silly (any name at all apparently, if they are considering Green) Although I have not seen the Sarah Conner's stuff. He is just not Hal to me. But I suppose they could do a lot worse, as said above the Jack Black GL would have been the worst.
