ok I'll be posting a review of the 2 disc set, first up Hulk Vs/ Thor

ok this is awesome albiet short "movie all the usual suspects of Thors universe are here and are well written. This alone is worth the price of the DVD. Hulk kicks some serious *** in this Hela needs to make some more room... I Don't want to ruin the story so I'll leave it at that


only thing wrong is like i said it's short. Thor disc is 45 minutes


next up Wolverine

I saw this advertised the other day,kinda hoping cartoon network was going to play it.They always come through with the new Scooby Doo movies when the come out.Footage from the commercials look great.

ok disc 2 Hulk Vs Wolverine... even shorter just under 30 minutes. not good value.

anyway storywise- basically ripped outta Hulk 180-181 minues Wendigo, for the first bit of the movie then it gets interesting

some nice flashes of comic covers throughout the fight scenes

que Logan's adamantium bonding

intersting cast of villians-Deadpool-Lady Deathstrike-Omega Red, and of course Sabertooth.

cool fight scenes- pretty decent story, alot of blood.

worth watching along with the first one

Being a Thor fan, I really enjoyed seeing Thor and all the fellow Asgardians being animated in the Thor Vs. Hulk DVD. I played that one first when I got them. The Wolverine one was good but I liked the Thor one better.

Riffster, have you checked out the Jack Kirby - Thor featurette? Any good? I picked up the single disc version but was thinking about swapping it for the 2-disc just for the Kirby piece which isn't on the 1-disc.

Yeah,.. I liked Both the Toons Myself. Great Stuff. Loved the Animation too.
Now I am always a Fan , or have been on the Marvel DVD Direct to release toons. ... & I Must say,.. I enjoyed these as well..

Hulk vs Wolverine }

Kinda Neat. Starts out the Wolverine tracking the Hulk,.. They Have a Little Showdown in the Forest of Canada,.. Then Sabretooth, Lady DeathStrike, Omega Red & DeadPool Show up. Hulk & Wolvie Kinda team up,.. & End up taking on the Weapon-X program of Cronies too.... & In the Lab,.. There is a X-23 Clone in the incubator,.. Kinda neat,.. because I read X-Force. Stick around to after the Credits,.. there is something kinda Funny with DeadPool at the End....


Hulk vs Thor }

The Battle Takes place on As-guard . Loki Splits Banner from Hulk,.. then Poses s's Hulk to take down As-guard,.. Because Odin is in His sleep Cycle. Of course things go wrong,.. & Hulk breaks free of Loki's Power,.. So then Hulk Just starts seriously destroying everything. Hulk Beats the Crap outta Thor,.. then Thor learns that it was all Loki's doing,.. when Thor encounters Loki,... well Loki had Killed Banner,.. so the Final battle takes place in Hell to retrieve Banners Soul.

I liked both Cartoons. 2 Very different Stories,.. I found great entertainment with Both Stories.

& BTW, .. I picked my copy up at Target,.. they had a Free CD Rom with it,.. of the Comic book 1st Thor vs Hulk . I still need to check that out...

If you guys liked this... the Trade Hulk vs Red Hulk is quite Fantastic as well. Written by Loeb & Drawn By McGuinness,.. It's neat stuff. A Ton of Battles, & Hulk Just Smashing everything. McGuinness's art is real Cartoony, & Quite a Beauty,.. Loved the 2 Page Drawings.
