Star Trek: Prequel
I picked up the first issue with Star Trek: The Last Generation last Wednesday. It's a pretty good read. Art and story is pretty good. Spock is pretty much Jor-El predicting an event that will wipe out Romulus. If you are either a TOS or TNG Trek fan you'll enjoy this.
Anybody read the Myriad Universes series?Shameless self-promotion -

No difference on that end, but it does if we are talking about time travel and changes to the timeline. Guess we'll find out in issue 2It's all good!Comment

Just wanted to say that I thought issue # 2 was very well done. I can't wait for the next two issues and I'm starting to get really geek'd out for the movie because of this story. It's all good!Comment

After reading number one, its pretty clear whats going to happen, and why Nero goes ballistic and does what he does in the new film. Still, it is well done and a fun read.
I have to say most of IDW's Trek stuff is well done. Granted I havent touched anything other than the Classic trek related books, but they have all been great. The Blood will Tell and Assignment Earth mini series were both some of the best Trek I've readin in a looooong time. (Especially liked how Blood will Tell featured both smooth and knob headed Klingons.I'm sure it was a nod to the Enterprise episodes virus thing, and was meant to show the empire was just getting around to a cure, but I always preferred the notion of two distinct Klingon races!)"Crayons taste like purple!"Comment
