    The press releases aren't telling the whole story, which is that the show will be based on the novel Hero by Perry Moore. Part of his inspiration for that novel was how gay superheroes like Northstar are often killed in the comics (ala Wolverine slicing and dicing him).

        Well, I reckon he is pretty open-minded for an 86 year old, and I am always happy to see more gay superheroes. How about some more Lesbian ones? Go Stan!

                I reread the artcicle It's the "first" Gay superhero in primetime US TV so my comments about the authority were mistaken - Still just stna gettign his name out since WHO WANTS TO BE A SUPERHERO didn't get picked for a 3rd season
