C'mon people be nice! Condorman was what it was. a fun family/action/spy/superhero/comedy movie put out by disney. did i want to see more flying and superhero stuff, sure , but it was still a cute fun movie with a babe in it. and crawford didn't break out in song. i want to get a copy of this and hero at large now thanks to these threads.

After this stink bomb, its no wonder Crawford went back to stage plays. Should have been called Chicken Man, that suit looks terrible and how the heck does he fight crime in it? Fly over them till the authorities arrive?

I vaguely remember this. To me it seemed like the oddball made for TV Super Hero movies of the 70s, like the Cathy Lee Crosby Wonder Woman and the Reb Brown Captain America. But then again Disney used to churn out theatrical flicks that looked like TV movies a lot back then.

Yep, Condorman came out in theaters first....then literally about a month after was on Wide World of Disney. It was probably amongst the last of the Disney cheapie family films. Unidentified Flying Oddball holds that distinction as I recall?

The suit was cornball, but it was only worn during the climax of the film as I recall.....Cant remember if he wore it while using the car or speedboat?

....Just remembered...he launched out of the speedboat with the condor wing, so he must have had the suit on then.

If we ever got Superheroes from CTVT they'd look like Condor Man.

                          and it was Disney, 1981.
Never saw it. Is Michael Crawford the same guy from Phantom of the Opera?
Holy Mackerel! You're right, that is the Phantom of the Opera! (although to me Colm Wilkinson will always be The Phantom).

Never Say Never Again doesn't come close to the top of the list for Bond films, EXCEPT for the fact that Barbara Carrera sits at the top of the Bond Girls IMHO.

I find her infinitely drool worthy.

Is it worth sitting through Condorman for her alone?

i don't see any reason why noti might be hard to find tho, another movie that is nearly impossible to find 'danger! diabolik'.

Danger Diabolik his hugely underrated! Directed by Mario Bava with a kickass Ennio Morricone score, what's not to like?

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), the only version I've been able to dig up in recent years is the MST3K version.

I remember liking this movie but it has been decades since I saw it.

and yes, I remember Super Fuzz. that was a classic
