Baskin Robins gave out free Condorman posters back in the day, had one on my door. Had the Goldkey comics as well but the movie kind of disappointed me, I was expecting more straight super hero fare.

I used to like this movie a lot back in the day. Found out years later that the plot was lifted from a Canadian comic book from the 1940s. Only difference was the main character was called the "Wolf" (or Black Wolf...something like that?)....The "Suggested By the Plot of X" credit on the movie poster might somehow be a reference to this?

On a related side note, Disney recently started up a new comic line project that will involve turning classic Disney flicks into graphic novels....that can then be turned back into new films. One of the Zappa kids is involved....Anyways, Condor Man is one of the proposed titles amongst stuff like 20000 Leagues, and the Black Hole.
