Anyone remember Hero at Large ?

Last time I seen it was at the movies when it was new.
I don't think I remember it ever being played on TV since then ... It could have been and I just missed it.

Anyway, at the time I thought it was a pretty good movie -- or at least decent.

    anyone remember seeing it ?

John Ritter....Captain Avenger....I've always thought about making a custom figure of him.

I remember it running on the ABC Sunday Night movie. That was the first time I saw it. Really liked it. Saw it numerous times in syndication over the next several years, then it seemed to just disappear. I'd like to see it again.

I loved it. I saw it at the Movies and watched and taped it back in the day. The true story of how a hero would be treated in the real world.
and Anne Archer was a Babe with a sultry voice!

This used to be one of the movies, along with Logans Run, that the CBC would throw on the air as filler when a NHL playoff series ended early....Havent seen it in a long time. Great movie.

"Hero At Large" was awesome! Don't know if it inspired Greatest American Hero or not - maybe that was the Superman movie wave/craze.

Anybody remember seeing Robert Forrester in Once A Hero on - I think - ABC? Pretty much like Automan - if you blinked you missed it. It was about a couple of comic book characters that came to life in our world. Here's the imdb page -
