Did they reveal that the Cap who died was a Skrull? And if not, then why not?

^ I'm thinking Cap has his own secret about his death going on that's not Skrull-related. That woulda been too easy and Marvel seems intent on running with this "Bucky as Cap" thing for a while longer.

It seems to me to be a bigger problem with today's comics- The writers are great at coming up with an idea, creating an interesting plotline, but the ending is almost always disappointing. AND they tend hold no closure. Most the time the ending is just a set-up for the next big crisis (sorry, DC). I really liked the idea of the Skrull invasion and how it started. It was also a great explanation as to how the Civil War got so out of hand.

I had been away from modern comics for a while, but I did buy ALL the Civil War books and then the Crisis books from DC, 52 and Countdown. I think, however, I will simply go back to maintaining my Avengers line. Hopefully ti might return to some decent storylines at some point.

One thing that Marvel has done right is leave the Brubaker titles alone. His run on Cap has been excellent. I look forward to that title every month.

^ I dig everything about Brubaker's Cap run EXCEPT for Bucky as Cap....yeah that's where the story is going right now but I want Steve Rogers back as soon as he can pop outta the grave or cryogenic chamber or wherever he's been keeping himself lately.

I agree! But I too want Steve Rogers back! But it's a great read regardless...I look forward to it every Month. DareDevil has been great too!
