I know the DC stop the classic Kamandi after 59. I understand they released unused page from issues 60 and 61 in a limited release book Comic Cavocave #2 back in the 70's and is now worth $$$$$$. I was wondering if they released any of those page in any other books.

I don't think anything from Cancelled Comics Cavalcade #1 or #2 has ever seen the light of day in any other format...Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging! -
I just hope DC finishes collecting Kamandi.ScottComment

IIRC, some of the CCC material was recycled for other books. I think a Firestorm story from it wound up edited and run in the Flash backup slot.
I actually printed out 60 and 61 a few years back from a now (sadly) gone website that had both editions of CCC online. As far as I know, they've never been printed anywhere else.
Here's a website that talks about the CCC. It also specifically notes where the stories were actually released (if they were) - http://lsh.0catch.com/ccc/ccc.htmComment

But now that you reminded me, Steel #6 did end up seeing print in All-Star Squadron when Steel was brought into the team somewhere between #8-12.Last edited by Action Martin; Nov 22, '08, 3:36 PM.ScottComment

Now that you mention it, you might be right. The CCC story was the intro of Typhoon. Now that I look over the site, Gerry Conway recycled parts the story (which Perez drew) for the Flash backup. The differences were things like in the CCC version it was a member of the Shine family who became Typhoon, while in the published version it was David Drake.Comment

I hate when they cancel a comic mid story. I have two Marvel titles in my collection that the comic stop but advertise the next issue. They are Logan's Run and Man from Alantis. At least Skull the Slayer story line was tied up in Marvel two-in-one.Mego Nudists Fish Nude Show Off your Rod.Comment
