Why do I have the feeling that no matter what happens the movie is gonna suck 'cuz it's a DC character and not a Marvel character? case in point: Halle Berry was very cool as Storm - a bit stiff and aloof, but I guessed that was the character - I've not seen Catwoman - but heard that it was just awful.Shameless self-promotion -

I think the claims of her being 5' 6 are being overly generous. Maybe in heels.
Wonder Woman- 5' 11
Lynda Carter- 5' 10 and probably a good six feet in the Wondy boots.
Beyonce- 5' 6 absolute tops.
Looks or acting ability aside, she is just too damn short.
I really cringe at the idea of a live action WW movie. Love the character but I just don't see it being done right.You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. If they want to use a singer in the part, with no regard for acting ability, they may as well use Mariah Carey. She's 6' tall, built and not too hatefull to look at.

I think the Race thing works both ways...I hated them choosing Jeniffer Gardner as Electra(too American White-Bread)...I thought they should have actually got someone, who at least looked Greek!
