It's hard to pick ~ Nearly all were dull, thanks to the then-current programming standards, most put me to sleep, but the animation was good..

I was too busy picking up sorority girls when the '80s ones were out..

I don't really count the Lone Ranger and Tarzan as Super Heroes (though I really love those toons!), but I'll have to go w/ the 60s and 70s Batman. And along the same lines as the non-super heroes saving the day, gotta go w/ Rick Springfield in Mission:Magic.

Sorry, gotta break the rules like hardygirl did and name Superboy from the 60's. I didn't like or never saw any of the others listed.
Those Superman/Batman, etc ones from the 60's were very true to the comics of the time. I can still hear Luthor's voice in my head and I haven't seen them in decades.

Favorite Filmation Super Heroes

Is this the original Ghostbusters with Forrest Tucker and Larry Storch?

Or that crappy cartoon that was based on a good movie?

If it's the former, then yeah, they were all my favorites.
But you left out Jason of StarCommand.

These were not intended to be rules. I excluded them for the sake of picking other shows. But hey! You can name them as favorites. I failed to mention Superboy for the same reason as the Justice League, Teen Titans, Hawkman, Flash, Green Lantern and the Atom as they were part of the Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure.
By my handle, everyone knows what my favorite Filmation Hero is, but I thought I would try to name some others.
Mine would be Tarzan and Manta and Moray from the Super 7.
I might agree that Tarzan, the Lone Ranger, and Zorro are not neccessarily Super Heroes, but they were all animated in that Super Hero style of animation, which is why I included them. I guess they would fit in with action hero shows alongside two I failed to mention. Journey To the Center of the Earth and the Fantastic Voyage, neither of which I've ever seen. And I guess Blackstar and HeMan can be considered more fantasy heroes than super.
Anyway, whatever your favorite Filmation show, pick any you like, no holds barred.
I love Batman above all as well as Superman, Superboy, Aquaman, and every DC Hero animated by Filmation myself.

Outside of Flash Gordon, I find all the filmation stuff you listed a snooze fest. How exactly are you excluding DC properties and not other liscensed stuff like the Lone Ranger, Tazan or Flash?
