Blue, grey, black. I prefer his shorts blue too. Eventhough it's SUPPOSED to be black and grey and I do like that look, I prefer the blue.

Black and grey. No self respecting creature of the night would be caught dead in sky blue.

Black & Grey also...blue is just meant to be a highlight for black in Comics anyway.

Blue, black and grey, but only if it's a dark, midnight blue - I agree with thunderbolt that the sky blue looks ridiculous. Second place would be black and grey. I never liked the all black look.

Black and Gray. I never liked the blue especially when it was baby Blue.

                              Depends on where I'm seeing him . . .

On the comics page, the 70s Adams/Aparo blue & grey I think works best, allowing the character to stand out in the dark scenes and have presence around the other more brightly colored characters. In general, I don't think the charcoal and midnight blue looks work well on the printed page or make for effective storytelling.

On screen, in movies with reall-live actors, I think the all-black look is more effective, less distracting in color and more striking for creating this dark, shadowy presence in a scene.

Althought for both, I prefer the emblem with the yellow oval -- if you're going to wear a symbol on your chest, wear it so it can be seen. Although I have a soft spot for the plain black bat, it doesn't stand out to me, and defeats the purpose of wearing it.
