What's the most you've ever spent on a comic?

I paid like $200 for Uncanny #94 years ago, other wise like 100 here or there for random books

I don't think that I have ever paid more than $40-$50 for a single comic book. Keep in mind that my main collecting days were 1976-1992 so I never really had to pay alot for comics. When I returned to comics in 1998 I pretty much bought tpbs/collected editions of Golden & Silver Age comics. In the past few years I think I paid $35 for Gold Key issues of The Avengers and Beneath the Planet of the Apes in VF+.

OK, just paid $70 on a vintage Fantastic Four #13 (1962). LOVE the cover, glad to own it as my 'oldest comic'..

Other than that..? Upwards of $30-35 on some VF+ Silver Age comics ~ Love having Minty covers..!

Cheaper than that Bud... When the Thomas Jane Punisher Movie was in theaters... My Son & I got each got a Free ComicBook of his 1st Appearance in Spider-man.

I don't ever pay a bunch for one single comic... I think the Most ever was a WitchBlade #1 Drawn by Micheal Turner... like a 60bucks ..It was AutoGraphed, & came with an Extra Card Backing... well on the card he Drew a pic of WitchBlades face from a Side Angle. Considering he just passed away.... I wonder if that has any value ?

Hummmmm, lemme see I think it was $100.00 for Hulk 180-181. My mother got it for me as a graduation present in 1992. Unless I get rich I won't spend anymore for a comic unless it's one of the original 6 issues of the Hulk.

I mean I'm almost 20 issues away from having EVERY Hulk comic (including Tales to Astonish) so why quit now?
