I just finished SUperman: Time ans Time Again. Decent book.

Other than that, going through some stuff I got at Comic Book Day.

I have knocked quite a few books down over the past three years because basically, they sucked. I used to love X-men until they split off into five titles. Now I don't really care. I have the old ones to keep me comfort.

What I do pickup today is JSA/JLA/The Final Crisis stuff/Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and Supergirl for my daughter.
That is it.

If they really bring Barry Allen back and give him his own book. I am pretty sure I will be getting that (until it starts to suck kind of the way Green Arrow started out when they brought him back.)

However I do buy the rest of these,.. & waiting for some issues I missed to finish ,.. where ever I was.

I also buy Tiny Titans,.. when I see it.
I was getting Justice League & Justice Socitey ,.. However just stopped about 6 or 7 issues ago,.. I dunno... When I thought about it,.. it just did nothing for me,.. either one.

& I also am picking up the Secret Invasion,.. I got the 1st 5 issues,.. 7 the 1st 3 issues of Crisis,.. however have yet to read any of them. I am waiting for all the issues.

... I also have began to buy single issues of Batman starting at issue #311,.. & working my way up. Thinking of doing the same with the New Teen Titans.

Thats all I got.

I never thought I'd say this but...

Okay, I'm still keeping up with JSA when I get out to a store that carries comics. But that's it. Tempted by Green Lantern (which was great) and Johns and Frank's Action run (which was also great) but I just quit cold turkey a few months back. I was tired of throwing at least $60 a month away on stuff I didn't want to read, and worse, made me angry.

I've been reading my Showcase Presents volumes and digging lots of Twomorrows books, so I'm in no way NOT reading comics...just not new ones!

This book is still great! One of the highlights of each month IMO!

That's along the lines of what I have been doing, as well.

Right now, I am working my way through DC Archives Challengers of the Unknown Vol. 2 and will probably pick up some various Showcase Presents next week.

I was reading Final Crisis but I couldn't stand it anymore.

I do plan on buying the Booster Gold TPB when it finally comes out but that's about it for now.

The JLA/JSA crossover reprint volumes (great stuff!)
IDW's Classic Trek stuff---The Klingon mini-series was great, and I'm really liking DC Fontanas run with the crew and even John Byrnes Assignment Earth stuff.
I also picked up the new Captain Action books.....less said there the better, and despite my better judgement, I am still following (or trying to follow) Super Powers....Is that story line ever going to go anywhere?
