    10. Spiderman 3 (it did have its moments but ugh...)
    9. X3 (oh look, its Scott's glasses! He must be okay, its not like he NEEDS them or anything.)
    8. Superman 3 (scared the pants off me as a child when she turned into a borg or whatever)
    7. the Crow 3 (predictable and boring. The only scene worth while was sewing Kirsten Dunsts mouth shut)
    6. Hulk (when I went to see this there was a kid sitting a few seats away. Part way threw the movie he started crying and asked his dad where the Hulk was. I wanted to ask that kids dad the same thing...)
    5. Batman Forever (I can't watch it because everytime I do, someone I know gets hurt. I think its cursed. Also it sucked hard core)
    4. Ninja Turtles 2 (go ninja go ninja rap!)
    3. Elektra (It was awesome for the first 5 minutes when that guy was explaining that no matter where on Earth he went, he wasn't safe from her. Then it was all down hill.)
    2. Batman and Robin (They should be ashamed of themselves for making this movie.)
    1. Catwoman (strangely I haven't actually seen the whole thing. I kept turning it off in anger.)

Actually no, I hated Steel too. I just forgot about it. Also I hated Ghostrider. I'll take Spidey 3 off my list and add that one instead. Then I'll lump Batman Forever/Batman Robin together as one long terrible movie to make room for Steel.

I place that one on a category of its own...all by itself.

Thunderbolt and Meule, why the hate on Spidey 2?

I thought that was a kickass movie, by far the best of the three.

Spidey two had too much torn mask Pete, and one of those comic book movie coincidences that bug me. Octavius working for Oscorp. Why does everything have to be tied in to everything else in a movie? Are we too stupid to get it otherwise??

Those two things you mentioned didn't bother me one bit about Spidey 2, Thunderbolty.

Batman returns- a rich couple throws their deformed baby in the sewer, where it is raised by evil clowns and penguins. At age 40 the now grown-still-deformed baby crawls out of the sewer...and runs for mayor! ***???
                  Both Punisher movies were awful.
Superman 4 - could have been on MST3K, the fight scenes look like something from a japanese monster movie. Maybe Reeves should have insisted on a good script, instead of anti-nuclear propaganda.

Outside of these I liked, loved, or tolerated almost every superhero movie i have seen.

I don't think I can think of ten, although there certainly are that many and more that are that bad. Batman and Robin however, is on its own as the worst superhero movie ever. I saw catwoman, it was awful, but not as bad as B&R.

"Octavius working for Oscorp. Why does everything have to be tied in to everything else in a movie? Are we too stupid to get it otherwise??"

Not only do I agree with Hector, as in it didn't bother me----I'll go one further

It's easier to write the movie with Ock working for Oscorp---and, frankly, I
think its a good idea---as the farther things are disconnected plot wise,
the harder it is for movies to run along smoothly overall

I don't go to movies (or indulge any other art form) to rack my brain following
it---I just don't. It's one thing to have a movie that raises alot of
philosophical questions----its another thing to have a movie where you have
to keep a scorecard to follow everything going on.
i.e. "Batsaviour" Nolan's Memento, possibly one of the biggest wastes of
time to hit the big screen in my opinion

Again, I think there has a be a line drawn to staying "true to the comics"
-----you should watch that you don't do that at the expense of the movie
                      ---and you should watch closely

A lot of these "worst" movie picks, I'm seeing are being rated thru a
weird prism in my opinion--- because of reasons of lack of
"comicbook accuracy"---I think that's unfair many times, as the given movie
is for a movie auddience and not a loyal comicbook audience

Still, these ARE just opinions afterall...like...
I think Batman & Robin was bad because the plot wasn't interesting and the
dialogue sloppy----not because Batgirl wasn't Barbra Gordon..that's just me

                      While, on the other hand,
as far as what Brue said regarding SUPERMAN III's plot and ending
sucking----well, for farce flick it was MORE than good----
I sure as heck think it beats chasing two missiles down
and when one unfortunately explodes, GOING BACK IN TIME and thereby fixing
the whole main dilemma of the main characters i.e. SUPERMAN THE MOTION PICTURE

....yeah I think Superman III is a better movie than S:TMP...not by a lot...
and some of that probably because I don't think S:TMP is the masterpiece
its made out to be in the first place

Then again----those two Superman movies may share a lot of the same
production aspects, most notably the cast---but their TONE is TOTALLY
different...as if they weren't even in the same series

If Superman III was a saturday morning cartoon or an obvious farce type
project, people wouldn't be nearly as hard on it, is my belief
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

I'm not a continuity nitpick, I just don't like the fact that in a world of a bazillion people, all the characters of a given movie have some tie, like its a 7 degrees of Kevin Bacon thing. Spidey 2 to me was just not that good. The Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head sequence was really annoying, too. I didn't see 3, or I bet that would have taken the Spidey spot on my list. I limited it to movies I actually saw.

I can understand anyone having a problem with any of these movies
pretty easily, including Spidey 2, especially for the reasons you gave T-bolt
even if I don't agree with them, as, frankly, I don't think superhero movies
have translated that well to the screen ever to begin with

Timm's DCU TV stuff seems to nail it better than any movie ever has

                          and, BTW,
Hate to bag on SPIDER-MAN 3 as I thought it was pretty dang good---
but that "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" sequence was like candy
compared to the overwrought Parker strut/dance sequence that was
unwisely reprised in another form in the MJ/Gwen jazz club scene
