    Jack O'Lantern

Hi guys. Here is my 1000th meaningless post, And more importantly my custom Jack O'Lantern. Had this guy kicking around for a little while and finally managed to finish him up. Pretty happy with him.

    Head: Reproheads - I Think, Edit:(Confirmed)
    Body: T2 Style
Suit and belt: Mostly me, re-using part of a Famous Covers Goblin Suit.
    Paint: By me.
Glider: Not correct for Him I don't think, but he could have ripped it off from goblin, while his round one is getting fixed.

Already have some ideas for an elseworld style Jack, so stay tuned... Hope you like him.

    UPDATE: 09-07-08
OK Here he is with a new pair of boots. I was stubborn about the cloth boots, and needed to finish a pair I thought looked pretty good, & not so sock like.

That is simply outstanding. Everything on this figure works perfectly. I love the details and color scheme. That figure is beyond cool.

The suit looks great. Really like that, and the job you did on painting the head. There's some shading going on there but not too much. Nice.

I've never been too big a fan of the cloth boots though. His boots are pirate style and since your custom looks pretty mego looking, It would look more Mego if you found some repro pirate boots and painted them the appropriate green. But that's just my personal preferences speaking and only applies if you want a more Mego look than an FC look. He looks great regardless.

Actually Dave, that is the one thing about him that bugs me. The Cloth boots look great to me when they fit right over more muscular legs, and boot style feet like BK does. Mine look more like sock feet. I haven't attempted very many cloth boots yet. I agree with you on the pirate boots, but for some reason they look to big to me on figures that don't have capes IMO. I have a couple of things in mind that might work. I'll give them a shot.

Nice Work! Great job on that suit, it looks great. I have always liked that head too... good all around execution. I agree with you and Dave on the boots... Boots are more MEGO, but they do come off clunky at times. Have you considered an exposed boot foot with a cloth boot top? It would make for some really cool posing as well.

                              Regardless it's an excellent custom!
