Earth 2 Superman

Finally getting around to hopefully doing the Big Three for Earth 2's Justice Society. I was going to use a 50th anniversary head with some age lines added, but in looking through reference pics, I noted that sometimes Kal-L and Kal-El didn't just look like the same guy at different ages. In Crisis on Infinite Earths, Perez drew them with subtle, yet notable facial differences, so I went with a Wrath of Khan Kirk head (already has some subtle age lines and such), and re-sculpted his hair. The body is a mix of modern Mego parts and classic type 2, and the suit is a standard Supes suit I've now made 5 and 2/3 times over the years (Bronze Age, Silver Age, Superboy, Bizarro, Cyborg Supes, and now Earth 2). Just used the Earth 2 variant of the "S" to distinguish him.

That looks great! I would have never thought to go with the TWOK Kirk head, but it works well! I just painted white temples on a classic Mego Superman. ;-)

He looks great! I would have never figured out that it was The Wrath of Kahn Kirk head. Nice work.
