Here is a little back ground on Web-Man in case you don't know who he is
Web-Man was a clone of Spider-Man created by Doctor Doom utilizing a tool called Twin Mirror. Intending to use Spider-Man's great strength and power for his own benefit, Doom flipped the switch to reverse his clone's personality traits, intending to make a clone as evil as Spider-Man was good, resulting in Web-Man.
