Marvel Monsters: Red Skull version 1
Thanks to CTVT new skull heads I decided to go a different route
After WWII, Red Skull is still dealing in the occult. So instead of Nazi, I went with Hydra Occult Red Skull:

The base body & outfit was Mego Nosferatu (both versions). With the 'snap on head' feature the skull was easy to add.
When Red Skull needs to think he plays the piano to get his mind off the problem.
