Very nice--the blue gives a Filmation/Super Powers vibe!

I always like the Penguin to have a yellow vest, like in the Golden Age and different from Joker.

Nice! Even though it's blue, not yellow, the colored top hat makes me think of the classic and very rare soft-head Pez dispenser.

Going back and reading my post, I realize it almost sounds like I'm somehow dissing the Mego versions of Oswald. I meant improved over my own custom version made about 40 years ago.

I like the look of the figure. I am impressed with the idea to change the legs. I am always apprehensive about re-stringing figures. I have tried a couple and they always turn out looser than when I started. Anyway, nice figure and nice interpretation.
