Santa Claus is coming to town

This act of love turned into a nightmare. I have spent a week trying to figure out how to do the reigns just to discover the reindeer hooves are not even. So after an hour getting them into position I hurried to take the photos before they fall again.

I am trying to post these while my power keeps going off. I need to work on a stand for the reindeer so that next year I can include Rudolph.
