Yeah, yeah it's the same old formula done to death, but I like this character. It's a Leitner suit with an Aquaman head painted a little darker for detail. Most CA's have the face and hair silver which does not allow for any detailing or contrast. I kept the silver age hair on the new body introduced in JLI. Not a thrilling figure, but decent. I'm still playing with the idea of making red glove cuffs or just going with the red hands, which I kinda like too. Anyway, here's my dude...

I think red cuffs would look good. Not huge ones, though. I really haven't seen that many of these, and who cares anyway. I always like seeing what people do with Green Lantern and Flash, and they been done to death, by myself included. Some customs you just gotta have. Like you said the little details count, and they are what can personalize it for you. I think the contrast in the head paints works well. Good choice. Brians suits are always a good solid fit. Thanks for showing him.

Looks good. I went with red cuff on mine. I think it makes the outfit more accurate.

I went ahead and cuffed the gloves.





It does look better, thanks. Now I'm going to try and replace the Atom logo on his chest. I wanted something shinier. I may do with this what I did with Black Adam's lightning. I purchased a roll of foil wrapping paper, cut out the design and glu-stuck it to the chest. I think I can probably get some red foil, so that may really set this figure off.
