The Rest of the Bronze Age Royal Flush Gang

The rest of the Bronze Age Royal Flush Gang. King: Made with a re-sculpted Classic TV Toys Ivanhoe head and Nu Mego white arms. The sword is Mythic Legions re-painted and decorated. He had the most stuff that needed to be printed out on material. The undershirt and collar are a combination of printed material, some Contact adhesive pieces, and black material. The crown wraparound and sash were printed on regular paper. Jack: Re-sculpted Nu Mego new Kirk head and white arms. Crown and undershirt are done the same way as King. His staff is a piece of shish kebob stick and some Contact wrapped around in a couple places, all painted gold. Ten: Dorothy figure with new hair and Contact spade mask. Spades printed out on paper and glued onto the costume. Ace: Modified Cy Girl hands on a CTVT deluxe muscle body (the hands don’t hinge but do spin). Re-sculpted feet. The head is a re-sculpted Mattel Real Men soccer player (re-done not just to make him bald, but also to give him a neck). Spade was printed on paper and glued on.

Terrific group. The reworked heads are fantastic and great use of the printing for the patterned bits.

Also, I don't think I have commented on this before... but I gotta say that I love the way that you paint your eyebrows, mustaches, etc. They are so pristine and have such a classic comic style to them.

They aren't actually painted. I'm much better with a pair of scissors than a paint brush, so I cut the eyebrows and such out of Contact and then glue them on. They are usually pretty even because I fold the Contact over and then cut the shape, giving me two opposite but matching pieces. I've tried painting eyebrows on many times, and honestly have yet to succeed.

Well that changes everything. Ushers, please show this imposter to the door... lol

Great idea and the results speak for themselves. I'm going to have to try stealing that technique sometime.
