Carol Serling passed away a couple of years ago. Obviously that's sad, but maybe whoever has control of Rod's likeness will be more open to licensing it in the form of action figures or statues.

That's funny about the licensing matter, like Lugosi's son fought to have his father's likeness to license. Wonder how ol' Rod would feel about it, perhaps he'd wonder why he wasn't included?
