    Silver Age Composite Superman

From the Silver Age, Composite Superman. Modified Mattel retro figure head and a One Million BC caveman body for that barrel chest.

That is some very detailed work you put into that. No small chore, but what a cool result! And nice choice on the barrel chest. That instantly gives it the Curt Swan Silver Age look. Amazing job all the way around!

I've been trying to remember how or if I would have read about this character as a kid. It seems like I knew about this story, but I can't remember if I read an old "World's Finest" or if it had been reprinted in some form in the late 70s/ early 80s.

I seem t remember him making a Bronze Age appearance somewhere, but I'm pretty sure I saw at least one reprinted Silver Age story back in the days of the 100 pagers.

Those perfect seams! That must have been really something to sew... but the results speak for themselves.

That’s not an easy custom to make, nice paint and sewing.

Very nice job. I love that the boots are cloth. I remember seeing the comic book cover as a kid, though; I don't remember the story. Great figure.
