Are those pleather trunks?

The "neck" part of the cowl and trunks are some sort of faux-leather (from a bag an old set of headphones came with).

Is his torso piece 3D printed as well?

No, the torso is an altered version of the chest piece from the "WWE Create a Superstar - Warrior" pack. If I did it again, I probably would have just 3d printed one.

Where did you get the head?

The head is 3d printed. The sculpt is incredible and it printed with an amazing amount of detail... I wish I was a better painter to do it justice.
