Captain America Custom

Sometimes you just gotta take it old school and go vintage. Finally got some time to work on customizing my Captain America. His shield has a custom decal on it. The sleeves are custom slip-on sleeves I made keeping the original suit intact. The belt is a painted up TV Robin belt. Some red pirate boots and added some red rubber gloves and wah-lah.

Thanks. I'm probably gonna be selling the Cap custom parts as a kit: Gloves, Sleeves, Belt and Boots. Everything just slides onto the original suit.

I never had an original cap shield. I have the dst cap set and I swear the sticker was put on by monkeys with Parkinson's. No offense intended to monkeys or Parkinson's patients ...

I think where DST got it wrong is from a pic I seen of 5 of them that I'm buying, they see to be missing the 3 slit cuts in the decal which allows for over laping when laying it down on a oval object. This prevents wrinkling and allows the excess material a place to go.
