I guess it depends on what era of the Red Skull the creative team was looking at.
If you are asking if they would have any qualms about using the Sawstika, I would say, "probably not." That is only because back in the 1970s we were a lot less "politically correct".

Great work here, Austin! From the heads to the suits, to all the little extras, you are a Mego customizing God among men, sir! Well played!
As it's been stated by others, the Abomination is my favorite, too. Not sure why, they are all great. I guess I'm a little sympathetic to the character as he's been killed off so many times over the years.
Awesome work, can't wait to see what's next!
