Kit-Bash BATMAN & ROBIN Neal Adams Style

These are Kit-Bashes, unless you count the painting I did on the BATMAN head(thank you Crimson Ghost). Ever since FTC came out with their TT Robin it was another case of giant head...but it looked to me that it would work on a 8" body and I think it does. Then Batman...Crimson's Ghost's Batman seem to be the perfect Neal Adams or Jim Aparo style. So I'm pleased to finally have these figures.

Thanks guys. They're "kit-bashes" but there definitely IS some work involved. Getting the Robin head off the Teen Titans body wasn't easy. I didn't want to rip it and it wouldn't come off. So I cut along the line of the torso and then crush it with vice grips(to bad to because I wanted to use it to make small Titan's Robin using the Aqualad head). Batman's body suit: I just couldn't get the pants to stay in the boots even using tape. So I just used the old CTVT's Pirate boots cut into Batman boots. I wouldn't call the head painting hard work because I LOVE painting Custom's.

Special thanks to Crimson Ghost for providing me with the Batman head and for not rubbing it in about our argument about the oversized head on the new FTC Batman head sculpt....he was right!

Those turned out really nice. If anything I think the Robin head still looks a little big on that body. I thought the Batman head was a little big but with your painted one I don't think it does. It's like having the shadows tricks the eye somehow. I definitely like it. The boots you used was a good choice. They look marvelous!
And I know I'm a child but I keep laughing at "glad you like the head". I think it should be on a t-shirt.
