didn't like how the JLU combined his character with another guy and called him Devil Ray or something like that on that cartoon. I think they should have went with Black Manta, nothing wrong with it.

Just FYI, the producers of JLU WANTED to use Black Manta, but DC/Warners were developing the Aquaman pilot for the WB at the time, and they put a freeze on Aquaman and his characters on JLU. That's why Aquaman isn't in any season 3 epsiodes, and why Black Manta became Devil Ray. Since he was "made up", they were able to kill him off though, something they couldn't have done if they used Manta.

I just bought the head and tank on eBay. Now I just need the wetsuit and someone to paint the head and tank.

I have one in the works as well but I am leaning towards the Challenge of the super friends version. yellow eyes and the black tank and black belt with silver head.
