    Mighty Isis re-"do"

It always kind of bothered me that the Isis figure came with the shorter "flip" hair (and I had a nude Isis figure I bought on the cheap with pretty messed up hair) so I gave her a new "do" to more closely match the look of the TV series. I brought the hairline down a bit as well and I really like the results. Working on a second one also.

Wow, that is lovely. She'll need black go-go boots instead of sandals, too.

I love it. That flippy do has ALWAYS bothered me! It certainly didn't do any favors for Wonder Woman and Batgirl!

Much better. She looks more like Joanna.

I just took another look at her, and I can't believe how beautiful she is with straight hair.

The flip do just is NOT a good look on anyone! It made the figure look childish and immature.

I know, how can a piece of plastic look like that?

It was a combination of the face paint, and the hair style.

The face paint by itself was just fine, and with the longer hair style it looks darned near perfect.

                          But that flip is awful.

If it were flipped the other way, it would be more of a page boy type look. That would be a lot more tolerable.

Man, that's impressive. Looks like a painstaking process what with the pins. The results looks great. I plan to buy parts and build the figure at FTC in the future. I haven't much experience working with doll hair, in the past my only experience was fixing a couple Bionic Woman, which is a bigger scale. It was recommended to use hair product to get the hair to work for me.
