Earlier this week I think I saw the same Baron Karza, Force Commander, and Acroyear's wife & evil brother (I forget their names) on Ebay. The dude is in Ontario Canada.

I've seen the the same pics of the 'core' characters before but have no idea who made them.

They may not be perfect but they are way cool! Would've loved to have these back in about 1980!

Wow! Those look amazing. Loved the Micronauts as a kid and the comics, and have been getting back into the toys big time recently, so had never seen any of those customs before, but I love them!

If those base-bodies are G.I. Joe Sigma 6 then the guy who made them can be found at Yahoo's Micropolis Embassy. He goes by the handle Bohnded I think. "If" those are his. They look pretty close. Also ask AcroRay. He might know.
