I have wanted to make this one for a long time but did not have the correct head.
So I asked my friend from FB (Diana) if she could Re-Root a head for me with pigtails - and she came through with flying colors!
Really after that it is a Simple Bash
I used a DC Retro Action Body
I tightened up the CTV/Figures Inc Suit to fit a little better
and to finish her off an Awesome Mallet/ Hammer from Laser Mego!
This is the First of 5 Different versions of Hrley that I currently have in the works - with any luck I will have the rest done in a few weeks as they have a lot more detail.
