    Gotham City Police Department Van

Some time ago I got hold of the Empire CHiPs van that did not come with any accessories and the labels were mess-ed up. So I cleaned it up removed the labels and printed my own GCPD labels and included an exclusive figure, T.J. Hooker is not working for the GCPD. Now I did all of this before FTC mentioned that they were going to work of vans. The problem came when I packed it up to redo my room and I forgot what box it was it. So today I found it and knew if I did not take pictures now I may never get the chance. So here it is:

I love the clowns that FTC released, they make the best Joker Henchmen.

The Batsignal is the from the Mega Mini Kits:

I have another van to post but I am waiting for a wave from FTC to get released to take the pics.

Once Hobby Lobby added the home computer to the miniatures/doll section I knew I had to make it. I wish I could have matched the black better but for a simple redo it works great. Plus the Ghostbusters backdrop works great as the Gotham City Police Department.

I like how you kept the thing a little dirty, (even if that was not on purpose) It makes it look more like a toy from the 1970s.

Now that's a toy that just screams 1970's. The Joker in the back is an awesome touch.

Oh yeah! GCPD is on duty! Looks perfect 70s style! I used Ghost Buster Firehouse for Police Station too! Using the computer and printer was a nice touch giving that modern feel but still keeping the 70s vibe as if Gotham was still using old vehicles.

I really like that...has a Superman-Reeves era feel to it...total childhood flashback...can imagine that having been advertised in comic books

Thanks guys. I really did not know how it was going to go over. I cannot wait to see what FTC offers.

Looks great and definitely has that 70's vibe to it, with the red hub caps, you also could have
done an LJN Emergency custom, but no matter, this is awesome.
