The skull piece holding the cape together comes from hobby lobby, I found it in the charm bracelet section it was a skull and crossbones piece, so I removed the crossbones and the eyelet with a dremel and drilled a small hole through the back and sewed a rectangular piece of fabric with a v cut out of the bottom to the back of the skull then painted it. The cape was made using fusible webbing to attach the yellow and red fabric together then cut to the shape I needed, then using the same for the collar piece that was then sewed to the cape and folded over to conceal the stitches, I then sewed the skull piece to the cape to hold the cape together.

Good looking stuff. And brilliant use of a Mattel body for a character who cannot stand up.
