I completed a set of armored Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern from the Alex Ross graphic novel JUSTICE back in 2013. I wanted to include an Aquaman in the set but had trouble finding material to my liking to make his suit. Well, the wait is over.
Armored Aquaman is built on an original Type 2 Mego body; his head is an enlargement of a DC Direct Armored Aquaman figure from the JUSTICE line; the hoses and air tanks are from the same figure as well; boots are reproduction Mego Star Trek Neptunian boots from drmego.com painted by me; all paints by me; and suit made using a Jade Green Miliskin Tricot fabric from spandexhouse.com with pattern printed on by me.

The back so to see the tanks...

Group shot with the rest of the Justice League...

original DC Direct figure...

model sheet...

Cover shot...

This one was a long-time coming and fun to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, and, as always, thanks for looking!
Peace, Love, and Megos!
