To date her customizing has been Idea to paper to Vision to Completion by Scott Random Ax Pierce or Myself
This was Dominique's third Mego meet and this year she Finally came out of her Shell and Said "Dad I want to do a custom for the contest" Can you see the Ear to Ear Smile on my Face lol
She pitched her Idea and we were off to gather the Pieces for her creation... With the Help of Parts from Doc Mego, Paul Wasson, Scot Adams, Roberto Ligotti, and Paints and Brushes I brought with me,

When I first saw the title of this thread I thought I was going to see Lars and the boys but I am pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. That is an absolutely awesome custom figure! You go girl!

I've been judging the contest for a few years now and I can easily say without doubt his was the hardest. Every entry was just awesome and so much better than just a year ago. Everyone's gotten better, so I'm guessing Meet 2016 will be a brutal bloodbath of custom figures.

The first criteria I use when judging is I ask myself if this would be something I'd buy off a peg in a toy store. There were at least three in this competition that fit that category. This one, Metallica, just stood out and is quite possibly the best entry I've ever seen in any division in any year. It is that good.

Maybe you change the name to Metalligirl? Anyway, great job to all who entered, and I'm seriously looking forward to and am a little bit afraid of what comes next Meet.
