I can't remember if that was the real Starfire or Mirage (from the Team Titans) shapeshifting into Starfire. She had a thing for Nightwing, and took Starfire's place during several issues. There was a lot of back and forth during that era of Titans, in both the comic and behind the scene. Lots of editorial turmoil in that book at the time.

It is not silk screening. It is a process called dye-sublimation.

And, I will be making suits to order at Mego Meet 2015 so everybody attending can see the process first hand.
